Coach Ahmed Elmallah is a highly decorated player and experienced coach.  He was chosen to be on the Egyptian National Team since the age of 9 securing many titles.  By the age of 23, he became the Egyptian National Coach, and by the age of 27, he moved on to be the National Coach of the Saudi Arabia Team.  

 

While in the United States, he has been instrumental in assisting the New York City and Long Island schools to establish a strong table tennis presence in their sports programs.  He has been featured in local newspapers and documentaries.  He is also the current coach of Tahl Liebowitz, a Para-Olympian Gold Medalist, and many kids and adults.  Coach Ahmed prides himself on teaching students the proper techniques but allowing for the development of their individual styles.  “Table Tennis is a high energy game of focus, agility, strategy, and athleticism”.  Coach Ahmed hopes that his efforts to bring table tennis to Long Island will provide enjoyment and fitness to many.
